Very clean, very spacious, good location. Good communication with the host, self-checkin very easy.

Good location, the center of the city of Bishkek. Good facilities, including a refrigerator, cooking facilities (gas and electricity), a washing machine, a bathtub, utensils, etc. Wi-Fi is very good. So, you can cook by yourself. There are supermarkets nearby. This apartment is ideal for one or two (a couple) guests, as there is only one bed. The owner understand Russian and English. The owner kindly came to the apartment to pick up money, while I was outside; I left money in the apartment. The owner receives Kyrgyz soms and US dollars (only clean not-damaged US 100-dollar bills). I am happy to come back again!

The guest needs to communicate with the owner beforehand, in order to clearly understand the place (location), apartment number, entrance number, the number of locks, how to receive the key, etc. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is no lift (elevator). The owner lives somewhere, but not in this apartment. All communication should be done by telephone or WhatsApp. After checking out, you cannot leave your luggage in this apartment, so I needed to find some place to leave my luggage before I left the city. (I was lucky to have successfully negotiated with a hostel nearby to keep my luggage for some hours.) 　I recommend guests to bring slippers.

Great location, conveniently placed on the main Avenue, close to shops, markets and restaurants. Power sockets in many places. Comfortable couch.

Bed mattress was very old and uncomfortable. It was overall clean, but a bit of little dead bugs around the kitchen. There were fairly few things in the kitchen - it would be very hard to actually cook a meal or breakfast there. Even having a complimentary bottle of water for the arrival would've made a huge difference. The apartment is quite dark - north oriented, so unless it's a sunny day you depend on indoor lighting.
