部屋が広くて、必要なものは全て整っていました。 オーナーさんも質問するとすぐに的確な情報をくれました。 とても快適な滞在でした。

I stayed in March and it was very cold outside, but the room was very warm. When I had a question, etc, the owner of the apartment was always responsive to my question. All necessary facilities are there to live. The owner came to pick up the money.

You should communicate with the owner of this apartment before your arrival thru WhatsApp. The owner will give you the information how to open the door of the apartment just one day before your arrival. You need to follow this instruction carefully. It was a bit confusing for me, as there are two elevators and I made a mistake to take a wrong elevator (It was my fault, as the owner instructed a correct elevator. Just you should be aware that threre are two elevators and you should take a correct one). Also, I was confused by numbers and Russian alphabets (Some Russian alphabets look similar to the number figures). So it might be a bit bothersome. In any case, if you have a question, you can call/communicate with the owner.

The studio apartment is ideally located, close to shops, cafés, restaurants and malls. It was great to have extra amenities, such as an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack, etc. I loved the walk-in closet! The key pick-up and drop-off was easy and convenient, although I would have loved to meet the landlady!

Everything was OK. The kitchen utensils were a bit sparse, would have loved some extra things such as kitchen scissors, a peeler, knives (to eat with - there were plenty of cooking knives), 1-2 more pans (especially one smaller one), some more kitchen towels.

Останавливались на 6 дней вдвоём в квартире на Уметалиева 84 — всё как на фото и даже лучше! Просторная, уютная, с тёплой атмосферой, в ней приятно находиться. Отлично подойдёт и для семьи 2+2. Расположение удобное, район спокойный. Самозаселение прошло легко — всё чётко по инструкции. В квартире есть всё необходимое: кондиционер, посуда, микроволновка. 2 этаж, есть лифт. Здание с выходом на основную улицу, такси по локации очень легко доступно. До центра 15 - 20 минут пешком, дорога прямая и не утомительно. Хозяйка всегда на связи и внимательная. Чувствовали себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендую!
