Very spacious. The host was accommodating to turn up to my late check in time. There is air conditioner in the living room, not the bedroom. They even provided portable heaters. We did our laundry since there is drying rack.
Not many shops nearby but there is 1 mini supermarket that opens until late at night.

Квартира в новом доме, недалеко от центральной улицы. Ремонт в современном стиле, довольно просторно, много спальных мест (2х спальная кровать + 2х ярусная кровать + диван в зале). Смарт ТВ, балкон, 9 й этаж. Неплохой интернет. Теплая вода в ванной из бойлера, на кухне свой бойлер. Большой холодильник. Хорошая отзывчивая хозяйка.
Мы были в апреле, отопление уже отключили и было ночью прохладно. Есть недочеты, небрежности по качеству ремонта (но это вопрос к строителям-отделочникам). Маловат объем бойлера с теплой водой для семьи из 4х человек, приходится экономить воду. Для меня матрац на кровати был жестковат, но прочие члены семьи не жаловались)) .
