Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely everything! Location was perfect and the owners are the loveliest people we have ever met! Ardit and his family made us so comfortable and were the most helpful people we could ask for since this was our first time in Albania. We feel so lucky, not only to have stayed in a beautiful place by a beautiful beach but to have also have met such beautiful lovely people. We already can’t wait to come back here.

A truly wonderful stay, clean, comfortable and welcoming property.

The property/room was extremely clean and very well maintained and designed. The family who run the property are by far the best I have encountered throughout my trip in Albania. They are all kind, extremely helpful and really made us feel comfortable and safe in Sarande. They recommended us the best places for food, sight seeing, and such a bonus that the beach directly in front of the property is clean and a sun bed is included during the stay. We enjoyed our time here so much, that we decided to visit again for one night before we leave Albania. We truly loved it here, and has been the highlight of our holiday. Cannot thank the family enough, for making us feel so comfortable and for all the recommendations. Even for expectations coming from London, and having travelled over 30 countries, this property really has a special touch and feeling to it. The location of this property is just a 10 minute walk from the port if you are visiting from Corfu, or just a 10/15 minute walk from tne main bus station for ksamil or north Albania. And best, less than one minute walk from the beach. Peaceful and away from the massive crowds, yet close enough to go into the main town easily. Also, a really cute and very well maintained garden around the property, and for someone who really loves attention to detail, I really did appreciate this view. Photos do not do this property justice! The host really is helpful via WhatsApp and will help and give you any advice or recommendations you could ask for! Really has been a beautiful time here.

Nice room with parking just in front of beach

In front of the beach, close to nice restaurants, good parking spot and mainly the owners are very nice and do everything to make your travel pleasant.

Pleasant stay in Sarande !

Ardit seaside room was recently renovated, roomy and super sparkling clean. It has a Nice view from the balcony, is only Steps to the beach and the gardens are so pretty.

From arrival to departure, everything was flawless and beyond our expectations.

We had a great time from the moment we arrived, welcoming, quick to respond to anything we needed. Beach access was very convenient with no extra charge for beds and fresh towels provided. Our room was very clean, high quality bedsheets, comfortable pillows and mattress, stunning beach views. After checking in, the owners suggested great local restaurants, bakeries, and sights. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable :)

Great place to stay.

Right on the beach and includes free chairs and umbrellas with the room! Really friendly hosts that are always checking in. Good location. It’s like a hotel room that literally opens to the beach. Loved it. It isn’t big, no living room, but we didn’t need that.

Perfect stay!

Everything was perfect, the host gave us valuable tips of restaurants etc. The location was very close to the beach, with free sunbeds, and walking distance to the centre. The room was very fresh and clean. We really recommend this place!!!

Awesome

Apartment was huge, the balcony was so good we enjoyed it a lot! Location is good, the beach is right there. A lot of markets and stores nearby.

The cooking stove was slow, it took 30 mins to boil water for a cup of coffee. I asked for electric water boiler or something similar, they didn't have. Also, the frying pan was not very well kept, on one side it was warm the other not.

The apartment was over looking the beach and about a 15 minute walk from the marina. The host was extremely prompt to respond to any questions we had and there was parking right outside.

The shower did not have a curtain or door so the bathroom got very wet each time we used the shower.

Superb

Ardit was the best host. He helped us a lot and answered all our questions about Albania. He was always fastly replying. We had the studio at the ground floor of the building: 2 single beds, kitchenette and air conditioning. The value for money was good, considering we were 2. Bonus: you wake up and have the sea in front of you, also with a table on the patio to enjoy the sea view.

Fantastico, consigliatissimo!

Ottima struttura!! Il personale le due signore erano di una dolcezza e praticità assoluta! La vista bellissima con incluso anche il lettino nella spiaggia di fronte a partire dalla 4 fila (non le prime 3) però meglio così. Camere ottime, pulite spazio e la nostra anche con una vista stupenda. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura.

Unica “pacca” è che per raggiungere il centro serve la macchina ma muoversi con la macchina dentro saranda è l’inferno. Purtroppo a piedi è difficile muoversi dato il territorio in continua salita e discesa.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Strand. Zu Fuß braucht man auch nicht lange in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Ardit ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn wir was gebraucht haben, war er immer erreichbar mit guten Tipps! Er und seine Familie sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Kann ich nur empfehlen!! 🤩🤩

Дуже гарна локація, вид з номера одразу на море . Пляж поруч , море чисте і дуже гарне. Особливо дякуємо за гостинність власникам апартаментів, дуже добре відношення, що потрібно допоможуть і підкажуть. Ми відчули комфорт і затишок . Номер новий , чистий , все , що потрібно є, все працює. Нам сподобався відпочинок , отримали масу задоволення.

Uzun süre araştırdıktan ve yorumları okuduktan sonra karar verdiğimiz bir tesis. Doğru ve açıklayıcı yorum yapan herkese teşekkür ederim. Ailem ile birlikte 4 gün konakladık ve imkanım olsaydı çok daha uzun süre kalmak isterdik. Tesis ve odalar çok temiz. Ardit'e konuk severliği için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Türkiye'ye gelirse misafir etmekten mutluluk duyarım. Tesisin özel otoparkı var. Önündeki plaj harika ve ücretsiz olarak şezlong ve şemsiye kullanabiliyorsunuz. Tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Grazie di tutto!

La struttura è bellissima arredata bene con un angolo cucina e tutto il necessario per un pranzo o cena al volo e colazione fai da te. Ardit e jonida nonostante tutto sempre presenti e a chiedere quotidianamente come stesse andando il soggiorno la posizione è fantastica noi abbiamo noleggiato un auto a Tirana solo per arrivare per il resto abbiamo camminato a piedi per girare Saranda ! Inoltre i proprietari si sono messi a disposizione per un parcheggio vicino in quanto abbiamo proseguito la nostra vacanza a Corfù, la struttura si trova anche vicino al porto. Insomma è stato tutto molto bello dall’ alloggio, l’accoglienza dei proprietari e anche il cibo a Saranda si beve un ottimo caffè e le linguine allo scoglio sono fenomenali da buon italiana non potevo che sottolinearlo

Nulla tutto molto bello, se possiamo consigliare a Ardit e alla sua famiglia una buona moka messa a disposizione in cucina !

Es war unglaublich beeindruckend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser familiengeführter Anlage in Saranda. Die Atmosphäre war sehr herzlich und persönlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war sauber, die Zimmer gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die fantastische Aussicht, einfach atemberaubend! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer mit einem Lächeln und tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe gearbeitet wird. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Besser geht es nicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und Ardit sehr freundlich. Wir haben zahlreiche Empfehlungen bekommen für Aktivitäten in Saranda und Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Nichts davon haben wir unternommen, weil wir einfach nur in der schönen Wohnung, an dem schönen Strand und auf dem Balkon sein wollten.

Praticamente ci è piaciuto tutto .. dalla posizione della camera silenziosa e fresca con un piacevole arredamento moderno e funzionale

Abbiamo solo un piccolo suggerimento da dare…. Magari se fosse possibile aggiungere un piccolo ombrellone o una piccola rete sotto l’albero di limone che ombreggiava il nostro tavolo per riparare un pochino la caduta della resina.

A comunicação com os anfitriões. Sempre que precisávamos de alguma coisa o Ardit estava pronto para nos ajudar. Sempre muito simpáticos e com várias dicas para nos ajudar a aproveitar e conhecer da melhor maneira a Albânia. Mesmo quando saímos do alojamento, o Ardit continua a ajudar-nos e a dar dicas das outras cidades. MUITO BOM! Localização mesmo em cima da praia com as espreguiçadeiras incluídas e numa zona linda e tranquila.

Superbe studio face à la mer

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire qui nous a donner beaucoup de conseils pour les visites dans la région. Logement neuf, très propre, parking privé (c'est un luxe sur Saranda), vue face à la mer, superbe.

Manque quelques équipements : cafetière, petites cuillères.
