When I locked my keys inside at 3:00 am, the team responded immediately with a spare key. Check-in was seamless, and they were always available to answer questions. The suite was comfortable, spotless, and full of beachy vibes — perfect for a summer stay. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saranda. Highly recommended! 🌟

I recently stayed at this super comfortable apartment and it exceeded all my expectations. Before booking, I read many positive reviews and was skeptical about one of them, but upon arrival, all my doubts vanished. The host, Arlind, was incredibly communicative and helpful, going above and beyond with every request we had and providing excellent suggestions for activities and dining. The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Good job, Arlind, and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Best place to stay in Saranda!!!

Absolutely stellar experience! From the moment I stepped foot into this apart hotel, I knew I was in for something special. The location couldn't be more perfect - nestled in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the attractions. The cleanliness? Impeccable. I could eat off the floors! Every corner of the room sparkled, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail and comfort were unmatched. From the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette, everything was thoughtfully arranged for utmost convenience. The rooms are exactly as the pictures! I visit Saranda every year but I just found the place that I will always book , I don’t understand how this amazing place doesn’t have a 10/10 score yet!!!! Needless to say, my stay here was nothing short of perfection. Can't wait to come back in July!!

They accommodated us despite we arriving before check in. The rooms are new and quite nice, especially the beds. The location is good, close to the public beach and many restaurants.

It was slightly too expensive for what you are getting, there is no reception and the person with whom you deal with speaks little to no english.

Apartment was clean, lovely interior. .

Service was not so great. Wi-fi stopped working. No duvet in the room and staff was not responsive. There was no provision for cooking and the pictures showed oven hobs

Superb

The appartment itself is very beautiful, brand new, and a lovely comfortable stay.

However when we were checking in, we spent an hour trying to find the place. Nowhere on the booking.com page or in the check-in instructions does it say where this place is. You essentially walk to the hospital area and are completely lost. There are absolutely no signs, and nobody local knows where it is. You need to enter the **INTERMEDICA BUILDING** which is a laboratory testing facility and walk to the very back staircase and go up 2 floors. Also their booking.com page says they accept all types of credit cards as payment. They do not, it is cash only, which would have been great to know beforehand. Hopefully you read this and it saves you the hassle, or they ad it to their check-in instructions.

Definitely best apart hotel in south Albania

Fantastic aparthotel with very interesting decoration and atmosphere. The location is very central and there are many entertainment venues and restaurants close by. The rooms are really good and comfortable, with TV and excellent beds for a good night's sleep. AMAZING! The staff, the facilities, everything was beyond expectations!

I had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. The cleanliness was on top,very comfortable room and with a lot of space. One of my favourite things was the balcony you can feel the fresh air of the sea.Also the location is Amazing with all the amenities,bars restaurants and beach near you. I would definitely come again next summer!

The room was absolutely stunning.They have just finished their project and I was the first one sleeping in that perfect and beautiful room! The location was amazing,right in the city centre, you can go out just a 5 minute walk for all the bars and restaurants at night and also for the beach during the day. I 100% recommend it!

Très agréable séjour à Sarandë!!

Très belle chambre à proximité de plusieurs restaurants et de la plage. La communication par What’sApp est très efficace! À noter que le stationnement recommandé par l’établissement est très proche et ne coûte que 3 euros par nuit.

Comme je voyage avec quelqu’un d’âgé, nous avions absolument besoin de l’ascenseur (les chambres se trouvent au deuxième étage avec plusieurs escaliers à monter). Nous avons dû attendre un petit moment et échanger sur What’sApp avec la propriétaire pour enfin obtenir une puce nous permettant d’utiliser l’ascenseur. Elle a été très efficace pour répondre à la demande. À noter que vous devrez laisser de l’argent comptant à la chambre pour régler le séjour alors ayez-en avec vous.

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, działająca klimatyzacja. Balkon jak najbardziej na plus. Ręczniki dostępne.

W łazience miałyśmy karalucha. WiFi nie działało mimo wielu prób wpisania hasła (pytałyśmy telefonicznie personel czemu nie działa ale nie otrzymałyśmy w ciągu wyjazdu żadnej odpowiedzi). W dzień przyjazdu miałyśmy otrzymać kod do klucza do wejścia do pokoju, mimo to w godzinach w których mogłyśmy się już meldować kodu ani nazwy pokoju nadal nie miałyśmy i sporo czasu zajęło nam dodzwonienie się do personelu i zameldowanie (niepotrzebny stres).

Polecam, piękny apartament

Bardzo ładny pokój, nowocześnie wykończony, czysta łazienka, dostępna suszarka. Wygodne łóżka. Sprawna komunikacja z personelem przez what's app. Bardzo miła pani na miejscu. Wejście do budynku przez placówkę medyczną. Trochę ciężko znaleźć, ale pani czekała na nas na ulicy.

Wszystko było ok, ale przydałby sie w pokoju czajnik i szklanki.
