Not a sunny balcony only got the sun for an hour or so early morning. Found it difficult to find the office to collect the keys & no transport provide to take you to the apartment which is quite hilly to walk too

we absolutely love staying at Malibu Mansions second year running and will be back each year to celebrate our anniversary! It’s lovely to kick off or stay by popping into the Alfresco Stays office to say hi to Reuben and Team who always go out of their way to help with anything we may need! The ice cold complementary bottle of bubbly is always very much appreciated

we got a different apartment to the one we thought we were going to, which was a bit of a surprise but we actually really loved it. The Mountain View‘s and Sea views were a real treat. Now we know we will be happy to go in whichever apartment, we are allocated just as long as it’s got a Jacuzzi LOL. 😂

The location and the facilities were fabulous . The apartment was a little dated but everything else made up for it . We loved the pool which was so quiet and all the facilities on the resort were perfect for us as a family . We will definitely be back 😊

Great location, property owners need to do more to create a better experience for people renting it.

Great location, size of property and good sized outdoor space, 2 bathrooms.

Tv reception went off air for first few days we were there die to a faulty signal amplifier. The electric shutter on the patio doors of our bedroom stopped working while down, so we couldn't get the nice views or go in and out onto the terrace frim that room for 5 days until it was repaired. Only 1 set of keys, despite us asking for a 2nd set, meaning if 1 ir 2 of us went out the remaining people were effectively stuck in or our of the property because if they went out, they had no way of getting back in until we got back with the key. Only 1 out of 10 cushions for the outside furniture had a zip up cover on it, the rest had no material covers. The iron was of a very poor quality, so it was useless at getting creases out of our clothes. The lock on the bathroom door was not working when we arrived, so we had to ask the maintenence team to come and fit a new lock onto it. All of these issues were flagged by us as soon as we became aware of them, and although some issues were fixed, (except the keys, cushion covers and iron) the time it took to sort the problems was too long, and we felt that if the property was well maintained,then we wouldn't have had these issues in the 1st place. We have stayed in other malulibu mansion properties at Easter many times before. This one was the most expensive, around 50% more than we paid previously, and sadly it was in the worst condition. We didn't even get a welcome pack of groceries despite paying 200€ a night for 2 weeks.

A great stay but was very concerned about how unsafe the apartment was as the doors didn’t shut correctly.

The central location was great, the apartment had lots of space and a great sea view.

When we arrived the hottub was not working correctly and I had to get the repair man to sort it out, the patio doors didn’t lock and the apartment was not very secure, I asked several times to get this sorted but nothing was done about it.

When we arrived there wasn’t any power for the WiFi or tv. Maintenance did come out and fixed the power for WiFi, however we had no picture on our TV for the rest of our stay, even though we reported it. Telephone wasn’t connected also

Great apartment plenty of space and facilities, great management to deal with issues.

Quite complex and setting. Apartment was well kitted out with utensils in the kitchen and throughout with TV’s available in each room, along with good access to Wi-Fi. Spacious inside with plenty of room for the size of our family, but also outside too with a great size balcony with hot tub and access to a garden for kids to play. The pool on the complex was also easily accessible and was well maintained and clean. The management company looking after the apartment were very good from the initial booking, getting us the keys, to also dealing with some minor issues that arose.

Initially there was a few issues we encountered on arrival at the apartment, an infestation of ants throughout, lights/bulbs not working, missingTV remote, and some cleanliness issues in one of the bathrooms. These issues however were quickly acted on when reported to the management and they couldn’t have done enough to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay.

It was Christmas and we did enjoy, but would of been better if didn’t have negative side of it

The actual apartment was nice

Needs a deep clean, no cleaners came in for the 11 days, was supposed to bring cleaning supplies but never came, old pastry stuck on top shelf of wardrobe in twin room, rang and complained but still there when we left and no bedding changed in 11 days we were there. no oven tray, very limited kitchen utensils and the terrace was absolutely filthy and I had t use washing up liquid in the mop bucket to mop all down after we swept it, no way could we sit out till I had done that. Why u have to pay €80 for cleaning is beyond me, and to top it off not one Christmas decoration in the apartment

views , large property , swimming pool is great and quiet . space to park a car . Had lots of towels and also towels for beach and pool .

dirty . when we arrived balls of hair and dust in each corner and under beds and in bathroom which was not acceptable , just didn’t feel clean anywhere . noisy neighbours below and in the mornings woken up by workmen / people chatting early hours as it’s by a road. no shops nearby so you have to get in a car to get provisions . a little train takes you around the resort but didn’t see it actually in operation .

Gated with good parking,good accessibility (lift for luggage) we were only up one floor! lovely sized rooms, well equipped, huge terrace complete with hot-tub. Malibu Mansions is at the top of hill, great little train runs all day taking you to restaurants small supermarket or dog friendly beach, with its own lovely beach bar. Super pool area with loungers,accessed across a walkway, really lovely.

Cu un an în urmă am fost la acest hotel și în afara faptului ca nu a fost curat măcar am fost ok .Anul acesta am închiriat cu altă companie ALFRESCO STAYS un etaj mai sus fără să știm ca cineva ne deține cheia și nu sa facă curat ci să ne verifice bagajele și să ne fure toți banii și toate bunurile chiar în ultima zi.Ce aș putea să spun ca mi-a plăcut! NIMIC ,frigider murdar,ruginit cu recipiente sparte,cană de încălzit apă ruginită,cabinele de duș neigienizate în colțuri aveau mucegai ,terasa plină de furnici care ne intrau până și în pat,jacuzzi faimosul jacuzzi cel care a plătit un preț prea scump să îl avem se venea zilnic să îl igienizeze chiar și în lipsa noastră fapt pe care nu l-am știut ca cineva îți deschide ușa zilnic si îți umbla prin lucruri,dar nu era deloc igienic și îi cădeau toate cauciucurile și pernele atașate,canapeaua din living în afară ca era murdară avea și un miros groaznic,trebuia acoperită să te poți așeza.

Am fost jefuiți în plină zi, pierzând 9.000 de euro în numerar și bijuterii în valoare de peste 11.000 de euro. Proprietatea nu avea măsuri de siguranță adecvate, iar credem că totul putea fi evitat dacă securitatea era tratată cu seriozitate. Am raportat imediat incidentul și am contactat Booking.com – o companie de la care ne așteptam la profesionalism și reacție rapidă. A trecut peste o lună și, în ciuda mai multor încercări de a lua legătura cu ei, nu s-au deranjat nici măcar să ne răspundă, cu atât mai puțin să își asume vreo responsabilitate sau să ofere ajutor real. Lipsa de implicare, responsabilitate și comunicare din partea Booking.com este revoltătoare și profund dezamăgitoare. O companie atât de mare nu ar trebui să ignore clienții care trec printr-o traumă în timp ce folosesc platforma lor. Recomandăm cu tărie să evitați Booking.com și Alfresco Stays. În cazul nostru, totul s-a terminat cu pierderi uriașe, zero sprijin și un profund sentiment de trădare. Avem plângere la poliție și nimeni nu a venit măcar să verifice ce s-a întâmplat,Alfresco nici nu a răspuns la telefon,compania de pază nici nu s-a deranjat când am sunat au spus ca să mergem la poliție ,camere video sunt în locație dar nu am primit nici un răspuns cu ce au văzut pe ele. Evitați cu orice preț.

Relax y sol

El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo. La terraza y el jacuzzi son idóneos para disfrutar y descansar. Y está muy bien equipado de menaje, mobiliario y utensilios de cocina.

La tele estaba mal configurada y solo se cogían canales extranjeros. El frigorífico era antiguo y la luz estaba fundida.
