3 bedroom townhouse with private pool

Location was good, pool was reat and cleaned several times during our stay. House was very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped short of proper saucepans but it had everything else needed. House very clean, slight issue with bathroom.

House needs some renovation in particular the bathrooms as the main one has a shower cubicle which has seen better days. The shower tray badly cracked, the shower needs replacing as the hand held part didn't work and the rubber on the screen extremely mouldy. The AC in 2 bedrooms didn't work as the remote was broken. Apparently owner will be renewing AC so agents provided 2 fans in replacement of AC not ideal. Second double room has no bedside cabinets which would be useful.

Location was perfect! Close to the amenities but set within a quiet gated community. The property had everything needed for a family of 6 - fully fitted kitchen, great pool (with lots of balls and inflatables), washing machine, smart tv, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor areas to sit, bbq, beautiful view of the cove and town. The best compliment I could give is if we were to move to southern Spain, this property would be exactly what we would be looking for.

Although they are 2 bathrooms plus a toilet, we were limited to one shower between 6. This took a little working out between us all but after a few days we had it figured. The main road (A7) is located underneath the property, this took a little time to get used to, after a few days we did not notice. Something worth knowing (we learnt the hard way), do not accidentally leave keys in the front door (inside) when leaving as you cannot gain access - you will require assistance from the management team who were great, and managed to sort within an hour.
