Goede ligging, rustig, goede voorzieningen. Het penthouse heeft een prachtig uitzicht, ruime terrassen met comfortabel meubilair. De kleine pool op het dakterras was een heerlijke plek om even af te koelen en een drankje te doen.
Door een gebrek aan zonnewering zijn de terrassen minder goed bruikbaar, daar ligt veel ruimte tot verbetering.

Apartament jest bardzo ładny, szczególnie część zewnętrzna. Dwa ogromne tarasy, umeblowane wygodnymi meblami, górny taras z niewielkim basenem. Przepiękny widok na morze, góry i La Cala de Mijas. Apartament wyposażony jest we wszystko co potrzebne. Trzy sypialnie z łóżkami podwójnymi są niewielkie, ale wystarczające. Parking zewnętrzny z dwoma miejscami zarezerwowanymi dla apartamentu. W obiekcie jest kort do padla, siłownia i dwa baseny. Kontakt z właścicielem i obsługą obiektu bardzo dobry i bezproblemowy. Położenie też jest bardzo dobre, bez trudu można dojść do najbliższego sklepu, do centrum miasta jest trochę dalej, ale też da się dojść na piechotę.
