About this house rental
Torrenueva: Villa "Querida", built in 1988. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of La cala de Mijas, 700 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: tennis (extra). Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (12 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Grocery 600 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Torrenueva V" 500 m, sandy beach "El Bombo" 700 m.

Simple and comfortable furnishings: kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC (private) air conditioning. Terrace 40 m2, terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. A well maintained clean villa with lovely gardens and a clean well maintained pool. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this villa. A suggestion to the owners.... Extra pillows would be more comfortable and a vacume rather than just a sweeping brush would make it easier to keep clean
