Nice view from the terrace, proximity of MPREIS supermarket, good Wifi, well equipped kitchen, nearby bus stop Kaisers, enough space for parking and available storage of bikes in the locked ski equipment room. Clean rooms after arrival. Smooth key take over, even if you arrive late. Thumbs up for waste separation.
No cooking space in the kitchen, dark apartment, shared terrace, the Toilet extremely small even for fit and slim people, it required special exercise to sit on it because of bad design of the toilet door - opening it outside instead of inside would solve all the problems of many other visitors who complained about the same. Another story is the apartment main circuit breaker that actuates almost every time you use the stove. The circuit breaker is common for more apartments, therefore if more visitors are using the stove, the load is too high and the breaker actuates which is quite annoying. Then there is the apartment entry door which has a transparent glass so everybody from outside can see what's going on inside. We had to install a blanket to cover it and enjoy our privacy. And finally there are works on new apartment complex nearby, so the workers start diesel generator every working day at 7 am - this woke us up. The main Otztal buses stop at the Kaisers bus stop occasionally if you go from Solden to Imst, but this can be managed by checking the schedule. If you go from Imst to Solden, the buses never stop at Kaisers and You have to walk quite big distance to get to the apartment. This is something that should be considered if you are tired after a long hike and are not in a mood to walk that much anymore. Or if you have little kids....
