The location and noise levels,also the proximity to Marina Rubicón.

The interior had been painted white recently,however the dark woodwork of which there is a lot was very worn both inside and outside.

Location was perfect for us,house was shaded in the afternoon,good response from host after a small plumbing issue on our first night, facilities all adequate.

Weeds in the garden, needs some cosmetic attention,(loose tiles on pathway, decking and door needs a cost of wood treat to make it look more appealing.

We liked the location, 2 bathrooms, free WiFi, free parking and allocated space.

Unfortunately there was an angry local resident at within the complex towards ourselves and other holidaymakers.

Very quiet and relaxing location, 15 mins (fantastic) walk to the port with restaurants and shops. Supermarkets very close by (walking distance). Very spacious living room, bed rooms and bathrooms. Private parking very useful and convenient. Very nice complex with wonderful pool. Very nice outside area, where to have meals and relax. We asked for a new frypan (because those in the house were really no longer usable) and we got a new one the next day (thanks!).

Communication with the host was very complicated, especially the week before we arrived. It was simply impossible to get a response to our questions (via booking, via email and via phone), we had to raise it to booking.com customet service to try to contact them and get answers. Same happened the day we arrived, we had to call multiple times to receive the check in instructions. Cleanliness was not great. The fridge was very dirty, bathrooms were not super clean, the floor of the laundry area was extremely dirty, the outside area was not clean either. The wooden floor of the outside area is old and damaged. It is not safe to walk on it without shoes, we had to remove wood splinters from our kid's hands and feet multiple times.
