Casa Hannah is a charming 3-bedroom villa located within the attractive Residencial Iris community, just moments from Playa Blanca’s promenade and a short walk from Marina Rubicón. Overlooking a beautiful communal pool, it offers comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, air-conditioned bedrooms, and a fantastic location close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, making it ideal for families and friends.
The Space:
Perfectly positioned between Marina Rubicón and the beautiful Playa Blanca promenade, Casa Hannah offers a relaxed and welcoming holiday base with everything you need close at hand. Located within the attractive Residencial Iris community, the villa overlooks a stunning communal swimming pool and enjoys a wonderful balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Outside, a pretty garden area provides a lovely space to relax in the sunshine, complete with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating overlooking the pool. To the rear of the villa, a private terrace features a built-in BBQ, outdoor dining area, and atmospheric lighting, creating the perfect setting for long evenings spent enjoying good food and great company.
Inside, the villa centres around a bright and comfortable open-plan living area. The lounge offers a large corner sofa and a TV with a wide selection of international, sports, and movie channels, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, the kitchen includes modern appliances and plenty of space for preparing meals at home.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking the pool — a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. A twin bedroom is also located on this floor.
The third bedroom can be found on the ground floor and is arranged as a twin room with direct access to the rear terrace through French doors, offering a peaceful retreat for guests seeking a little extra privacy.

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Casa Hannah enjoys one of Playa Blanca’s most desirable locations, just moments from the famous seafront promenade and only a 5-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach.
Marina Rubicón is around a 10-minute stroll away and offers a fantastic selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutique shops. The centre of Playa Blanca can also be reached on foot via the promenade, making it easy to enjoy the resort without needing a car.
For those looking to explore further, the beautiful Papagayo Beaches are within easy reach and offer some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in Lanzarote.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Spacious villa with everything we needed for our stay.
Location was very peaceful and quiet.
Communal pool was ideal and the allocated sunbeds was a bonus.
The closeness of 2 shops made it so much easier for us especially with the range of foods available between both.

Spacious villa a home from home on a residential complex. Beautiful clean gardens surrounding the pool a few steps away. Many places to relax and catch the sun. Great support from Villas Now. We loved it.

We liked the location of the Villa and its suroundings ,
The pool area was immaculate and the gardens well kept,
The interior of the Villa is dated and it really needs refurbished, though it was comfortable.
The BBQ area needs a thorough clean as we had to sweep and clean it before we could use it and there are no BBQ implements and no oven glove a real Health and Safety issue which is a shame as the area is quiet and secluded.
We've rated Service as bad becuse registering our details at the start of the Booking process was a nightmare - dealing with 3 or 4 different entities and totally confusing and very irritating.
The downstairs curtains are virtually see-through and don't fully close.

We had lovely time. Very well equipped. Very peaceful location. It should be stated that Papagayo beaches can only be reached by foot by hiking over the hills. We enjoyed the hike but I expect others it might not suit
We weren’t advised that there was a lock box to gain entrance to complex. We arrived late and had to agency to find out how to get in. It was pretty stressful. It was difficult to see numbers in dark and without torch on phone it would be very difficult.
