Villa ENKANTO

The location of the property was great, the pool was wonderful to have. The place was a few steps to two shops.

The only issue I had was that correspondence with the owners of the property was poor unfortunately. Although my messages weren’t urgent queries, I did ask was the water potable and waited days for a response. I also messaged them about a separate query which was never answered :(

Location. Space. Books to borrow. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers.

No guidance for operation of hob and oven. Badly sized bottom sheet on main bed. Hot water wasn't hot enough.

The location was ideal for us, relatively peaceful area, just a 10 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Well equipped with everything needed for a good holiday. (Although perfectly usable, the microwave, washing machine and drier were all showing their age). The small garden had (February) sun virtually all day long, with the heated pool being a welcome bonus.

The only negative I can say was the mattress on the bed was far too firm for our liking and comfort.

The villa is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did have an issue that the pool heating wasn't switched on, but that was swiftly resolved. The villa was super clean, beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was also fantastic. Another great thing that I didn't notice the first few days, is that there is a reverse osmosis system meaning you have super fresh drinking water straight from the special tap! The air conditioning was great and the keyless entry was also fantastic! It's in a private gated street, supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. The marina is around 15 minutes walk and likewise the CC Pueblo also around 15 minutes walk in the opposite direction.

Although this is not a problem with the actual villa, if you are a sun worshipper who likes to sit out in it all day long, the pool area does get shaded due to the close proximity of the villas directly behind the pool. In the summer the sun is higher so probably wouldn't be an issue. For me, I would still book the villa again.
