Relaxing stay in a calm peaceful location

This is a new hotel which is very modern and clean. Excellent location away from the hustle of the seafront but with its own beach area. Plenty of parking which is a bonus in Vlorë. Very nice friendly staff. They let us check out later. There’s a pool and a restaurant serving delicious dishes. The showers and beds are amazing.

The hotel is of a high standard, very welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent—tasty and varied. At the reception, we were greeted warmly, and they took care of everything we needed. The room was comfortable and had a sea view. I definitely recommend

The hotel owner was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we were satisfied throughout our entire stay – and we truly were. The rest of the staff were also wonderful and always welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the hotel is beautifully designed, and everything feels very well taken care of.

Lovely new hotel

Great new hotel. Lovely pool and restaurant. They have a private beach bar across the road. About 15 mins outside of the main town area and so some driving required to get there. Taxis are about €15 each way. Menu in the restaurant is fabulous (for me), but not much for kids. I would say they are ok with kids but it’s an adults style hotel - which seems to be common here. Overall a lovely stay.

Would like a kids menu to be available and tissues in the rooms. Located outside of the main town area, so you have to drive back in which is about 15-30 mins depending on where you go. Parking is small and insufficient for the number of cars that need to park

the breakfast option was lovely and a variety of it. it was delicious the hotel staff were great and their lovely friendly dog who made our stay worthwhile. we loved the view from our balcony and it was super clean, comfortable. Great faciliities available like the spa, gym

Amazing, we will be coming back

We had the best stay at Mazarine Hotel. The staff was exceptional (especially Miri) and really friendly and made this whole experience so much better. The beach was down the road, and it was a really beautifui beach. The vibes by the pool were immaculate. The breakfast was also really good. We really recommend the place!

I wouldn’t say as if i did not like something, but as a suggestion to the hotel manager, maybe a simple clothes rack on the terrace for the clothes to dry would be a last finishing touch

A fabulous stay

Mazarine is a beautiful hotel away from the busy Vlorë center. The staff was particularly exceptional. We enjoyed a good mix of beach and pool. The staff at the restaurant made fantastic cocktails (Campari spritz/G&T).

Wonderful Experience!

A wonderful and relaxing experience! I’ve been to few hotels in Vlorë which were good, but this one has been absolutely the best. The room was very clean and beautiful. The beach, the pool, the restaurant and the SPA were great! But I want to give a special thanks to Bela in particular for making my stay so enjoyable with her kindness from the day I arrived. Very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back. Thank You!

Stunning views and warm service, though the food and comfort could be improved

Bella, the hotel manager, was wonderful - her warm personality truly shone through, and she made sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean and cosy, with absolutely stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. Watching the sunset from the room or the top-floor spa was a real highlight of our stay.

The hotel is situated directly on the main road, which is quite common in Albania, but thankfully, the traffic was relatively light. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was of poor quality, which meant we had to eat elsewhere rather than enjoying meals on-site. We were also bitten (and kept awake during the night) by mosquitoes after briefly opening the balcony doors to enjoy the sunset - a mosquito net on the door would be a significant improvement.

Great hotel with nice pool

The hotel was clean, rooms were well furnished and the sunbeds by the pool were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and fresh.

The private beach was under construction during our stay which we didn't know in advance, we were happy with the pool though. The spa had to be precooked a day in advance which we weren't told at check in so we couldn't use the spa due to our short stay.

I would like to have many more vacations at Mazarine Hotel.

I was impressed by the care shown by the staff to all the guests. They were always helpful no matter how small the requests. The service at dinner was excellent and the waiter was willing to explain the menu and wine list. Nothing felt rushed. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Compared to the breakfast I had at a five star hotel in Tirana, the breakfast offered at this hotel was superior, especially the unlimited amount of fresh coffee. Two things about the hotel impressed greatly. The building. Every room was artistically designed and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. The same can be said for the infinity pool. In my travels i have rarely seen an equal. It is obvious that the hotel has been created as an act of love. Finally. I found the system of each customer having a private phone account with which they can contact the hotel managers 24 hours a day. This was extremely useful when visiting Vlore. No problem with getting a taxi back to the hotel late at night.

At times the wifi connection was spotty at the pool, but I would put up with this small inconvenience to stay at such a hotel.

Fabulous first visit to Albania. Very welcoming

Great location, good breakfast, lovely pool and terrace area. Rooms were really lovely and the balconies have such great views across to Sazan and Karaburun. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Soap dish in the bathroom would be good. And a heated pool.. very chilly for this time of the year.

A bit overpriced to me When I said to the staff that AC wasn’t working well they didn’t seem to believe when I know when one isn’t working well.. Lightbulb wasn’t working in the room as well. Private beach is not really private to me I expect more from a place like this when the price is that high

Wonderful views and service, comfortable hotel with excellent food.

We were there in off season (April). Gorgeous views. Helpful staff, English spoken well which was nice. Bed was VERY comfortable - good support with pillow top. Plenty of pillows and towels. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. proteins, fruits and veg, cappuccino etc. We had dinners there - salads and baked cheese are excellent as is the wine choice.

Road construction out front makes walking difficult. Limited shoulder and cars go pretty fast. Hotel is a 15 minute drive from Vlore proper. :( Lots of smoking - the outside area had smokers a lot of the time.

Lovely boutique hotel, attentive and friendly family run business, rooms were great with balcony space and comfy beds. Clean and relaxing atmosphere especially by pool.

Location was good - off the main tourist track. However, use of taxis or car hire was essential to get around - all of which the hotel arranged for us!

The best bed ever!

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel and bedrooms are super clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept. Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Close to the beach and lovely sea view from our room. Comfortable loungers on the private beach area. Nice restaurant serving fresh fish and steak.

It was a little far out and on a very fast road with no pavement so not easy to walk anywhere. As we went in late season, the surrounding restaurants were closed so we had to get a taxi to eat anywhere other than the hotel. Half way through the week, the umbrellas by the pool disappeared. When we asked for one, we were told they were all broken which was strange as there had been some there earlier in the week. We like some shade so it meant we weren't able to enjoy the lovely loungers by the pool so went to the beach where there was shade from the trees.

Our worse hotel experience in Albania!

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. The swimming pool is really cold, there are not enough lounge chairs around the pool. The room is so boring, no decoration, all grey and brown. The hotel is located on a very busy road, impossible to let the windows open, very noisy. No complementary water in the room ( and they claim in the hotel to be a 5 stars). Very limited shower products. The view is blocked by trees and the busy road. You can go nowhere by foot, you need a car. There is nothing in the area except camping, and camping car parking. The beach the other side of the street is very dirty, the lounge chairs are full of birds pooping. Full of trash, plastic and garbage everywhere, it is absolutely not a dream beach. On the right of the hotel there is a military zone, forbidden to cross. And the woman at the reception asked us 3 times to leave the hotel because we dared to complain. She was not professional at all. We were also awake at 6:00 am with the tv alarm clock because they do not reset the alarm from previous guests. In overall a very bad experience in our vacation

The Mazarin Hotel was amazing in every way. The location itself was stunning, but the staff's warmth and friendliness was far and by the greatest. Every morning, the rooms were so gorgeous and well-maintained.

Perfect place to relax and recharge

My husband and I spent three nights here and had the best stay. The hotel is beautiful and new and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved having a balcony overlooking the sea so that we could see the sunset every evening. We also loved the pool area, which had very comfortable lounge chairs, as well as the proximity to the beach (just across the road). Everyone on the staff at Mazarine Hotel was extremely friendly and kind. We loved speaking with the woman who owns the hotel as well as everyone working in the restaurant. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and we ate two of our dinners at the hotel restaurant, which were delicious. The seafood is superb! We were looking for a holiday where we could relax for a few days without any big agenda, and this was the perfect place to do that. We hope to come back again in the future!

Warm and welcoming!

The hotel was very well laid out, which I really liked at first impression. If you want to enjoy your peace and quiet away from large hotel complexes, this is the place to be. The reception was very warm and it turned out that it is a small family-run business and also the team is very friendly and very attentive to each other. As soon as questions arose regarding rooms or activities, we were helped directly and with a very honest opinion. In general, the helpfulness was outstanding! Therefore, the stay in the hotel was above all very authentic, which made me feel extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also of course very tasty, where everyone comes to his turn.

The location was not so easy to reach by public transport. This limited the flexibility a bit, so I recommend a rental car.

Nice hotel near Vlöre

Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The food they serve there was priced reasonable and very good. Hotel itself was very luxurious and clean!

When ordering in lek, I don’t want to pay in euro afterwards in the checkout. The conversion rate they handle is worse than your bank uses so you end up paying more (and they don’t give an option to pay in lek). People putting their towels very early, so don’t expect a place near the pool if you wake up a bit later.
