Super Zimmer und Personal. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstuck.

Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer noch Kleidung von den vorherigen Gästen und benutzte Handtücher

We stayed at the hotel for five enchanted days. We were welcomed very warmly. Although we hadn't realized the hotel didn't have a pool yet, they arranged for the children to use the pool at a nearby hotel. It is a high-standard hotel featuring amazing views and spacious rooms—especially the suites. The breakfast was delicious and extensive (the croissants were incredible). The restaurant is open all day, offering delicious food, a wide selection of drinks, and—above all—excellent service. The reception staff were courteous and helpful with everything: Soni (not the Playstation:)) and Redi. At the hotel's wonderful restaurant, you’ll meet the charming manager, Alket, and the delightful waiter, Dion. And last but not least, there is the hotel owner, Krenar; he is a businessman with a strong commitment to service. Warm recommendations and thank you all.

New hotel, nice large rooms, and the view of Vlore from the ocean facing rooms is really wonderful. The breakfast and kitchen staff were also really great.

Not all rooms have a tub/pool area, the front desk staff weren't overly helpful or nice, the location is quite far from central Vlore and the main beaches, and the spa/sauna facilities are just okay. For an expensive "boutique" hotel, I was expecting a little more.
