The location is nice if you do not want to stay in the centre of Vlorë. Close to Himare. Apartment is clean and the view is stunning
There is a lot of bees, they are leaving their, right near the windows, there were 4 hives

Positives sides: close to the beach, the view was nice and it has a modern decoration. It also has a private parking place for the car.
Negative sides: The first time I came inside of the apartment I noticed immediately it was dirty, the floor was dirty, has M&M's and ants everywhere and the toilet was also dirty.
Of All apartments I've been to until today this one was the less equiped and clean. Fridge is very laud it doesn't let you sleep and also the people working on the street at night doesn't help.
Network is going down all the time.
