The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and a laundry room. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee watching cars, jeeps, and motorcycles as they make their way along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. Nice place. The outside does not do the inside justice as it has been restored and while it maintains a lot of the classic features (real hardwood floors in most of the house, original closets, special features) everything has been upgraded. It has new, modern, insulated windows. Plenty of room and two large sitting areas with large, flatscreen TVs. We enjoyed our stay. We did not have access to, or use, any of the other buildings, but they looked like they would be nice for parties and events. The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

The Farmhouse was perfect for our needs. It was clean, roomy and it had very comfortable furniture. The decor was soft colors and coordinated throughout the house which added to the peaceful vibe. It was during a couple of very hot days. The air conditioning had no trouble keeping us comfortable. The porches were wonderful for morning coffee and visiting. Overall, we had a delightful stay.

Amazing place to stay in a great location for us. We came down to have a good time and fish the river. The house was incredible and we were less than 5 minutes from the boat ramp. Would definitely stay again!
