Inviting, private cabin close to Patoka Lake main entrance, near restaurants, boat rental and so much more! Nestled in the woods this cabin includes screened in porch, full size washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 queen bed.
Bedroom 2 is 2nd floor loft with full bed.
Sleeping space 3 is pull out sofa bed.
Additional twin sized sleeping chair in loft.

Pets are allowed with paid pet fee.
* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note:
Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
*No projectile fireworks, do not discharge firearms.
* Use hot tub at your own risk.

I really wanted to be able to give this property 5 stars but just couldn't because of some irritating details. Let me start by saying the cabin is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is decorated nicely and was very clean and the check in was easy and communication good with the host. Some of the things that I found irritating at the cabin are things that can be easily remedied. The cabin is not good for a person who is short. The bed is ridiculously high and has a step to get into bed but was dangerous to exit at night. The ceiling fan is such that you will hit your head when sitting up in bed. I could not see or reach what was on the 2nd and 3rd shelves of the kitchen cabinets and there was no stool and has only 2 chairs, which are converted tractor seats, I couldn't even use a chair to access the cabinets. There are only 2 chairs at the kitchen table and one in broken at the bottom leg and doesn't sit level. Adding 2 bar stools would help and the bar stool could also double a kitchen stool to reach the cabinets. The living room has a comfy couch and a rocking chair. Again, these seats are nice but to accommodate 4 people comfortably, you need to add at least another chair or love seat. There isn't a coffee table in the living room. There is no dish strainer for washing dishes. Need another chair in the bedroom for changing and luggage rack due to full closet full of pillows. The pantry area is full of games leaving no room for food.
