Great property, conveniently located with exceptional hosts!

The property was clean, very warm even though we were there during a cold spell when night temperature reached -12C, stocked with everything needed for our one month stay, in a nice and safe location. The Hosts were great and helpful and always available for any of our needs and made our arrival feel very welcoming as we found treats and drinks for us upon our arrival. We were accompanied by our medium sized dog and cat and there were plenty of green spaces and parks nearby to walk our dog. There was a parking space in front of the house reserved for us and the area felt very safe. Greatly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The location was easy to find and there was a parking space for us right in front of the house. The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We felt right at home! The host was very nice and polite and communication was smooth. Totally recommend this place!

Amazing place! It has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower), a fully equiped kitchen (and I mean, fully - it has salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lots of tea boxes, pots and so on), and a living room which can accommodate 4 people for sure. We also had everything we needed in the bathrooms: shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, blow dry, lots of towels. We felt like we were at home, it's very cozy and nice. The rooms are spacious and there is a lot of natural light inside. The host was super responsive when we needed something and very eager to help and make us feel comfortable.

The only minus is the location - it will take you approx. 45-50 minutes to get to the city center if you walk and 10-15 minutes by car. But this is not a strong point, as there are taxis, trams and buses in the area.

Great stay, recommend!

This was a great stay that exceeded our expectations. After being in transit the whole day, nothing is nicer than finding a clean, warm, well-designed apartment. The host even put some snacks and drinks for us, and that was very welcome! The beds were comfortable, and it was also very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. I can only recommend staying here, and we will come back when we are in the area again.

The apart is arranged very tasteful, it was very clean and fully equiped. The kitchen was nice and there was also a microwave. The bed was big and comfortable. Internet was good. The host also answered very fast every question and was friendly and helpful. I will come again if i come back to Timisoara.

A fabulous place at a decent price.

The place is a house in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Large and comfy daily area, 2 large bedrooms, good kitchen with cooking and washing facilities, 2 well endowed bathrooms, lots of house stuff and accesories. Air conditioning (not used) and thermal unit with options to set the temperature inside; it was even warmer (in cold season) than I thought. Lot of space and lots of things that can help one feel good. 2 large beds and quite comfy, a little on the hard side; can accomodate up to 4 people. Generous deposit space for clothes and luggage. The place is new and modern, the whole concept is calm and relaxing, feeling pretty much like a home. Very clean. There is a large tv and wifi which I never used. A car can be parked outside, in the street. There is also a small courtyard that can be very nice in the summer. I only met the hosts once, they are very nice and friendly people.

The only minor things that could be less pleasing is that the bedrooms are upstairs and one needs to climb up and down to go to the daily area. Still, there is a bathroom (toilet and sink, no shower) between them. And, of course, there is the classical problem of the individual thermal units - one can enjoy a great shower, but in the meantime the others in the house should refrain from using the hot water elsewhere to avoid fluctuations of temperature in the shower, because this kind of units are not powerful enough to feed both with a strong flow. There are very few facilities to eat and drink around, one needs to walk quite a distance to go to a restaurant or a shopping place (there is one close by, but I found it closed during working hours, so I needed to walk about a mile to go to another in order to grab a few things I needed and couldn't bring with me).

A beautiful duplex! It was really a joy staying in this apartment for the weekend! Everything was brand new, comfort and super clean and there's a free parking in front! We will definitely visit this place again!

Amazing apartment and hosts!

Amazing apartment! You have everything you need and some more. The hosts were very thoughtful and added some things like sweets, cofffee, tea, water, soda that made our stay comfortable and we felt very welcomed. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are spacious. And on top of that, it is pet friendly! Great value for money, would definitely come back here. Great communication with the host, the check-in/out procedures were explained and we had no issues with it.

The property was very comfortable and clean. It was spacious and perfect for our family. The towels and linens were high quality and there was plenty of extras for our needs. The apartment is in perfect condition and very well equipped with everything like toiletries and kitchen utensils. There was extra toilet paper , paper towels , dish soap and laundry detergent. We were able to do some laundry and freshen up our clothes, the drying rack was helpful. The host was very professional, responsive and kind. We found a bowl of fresh fruits in the kitchen, snacks, coffee, and a nice selection of herbal teas to enjoy. The fridge was stacked with water , juice and beer. The parking was easy and the check in and check out was smooth. The area was quiet and safe and there are parks nearby for children to play. We had an amazing time.
