Villa Veracruz

Friendly host. Great location. Home from home feeling. Enjoyed the pretty garden.

It's a lovely, safe and quiet location. The pictures on the site don't do the villa justice, the views are very good and the outside space is perfect for a family of four. The villa has a, fairly old but, working pool table which we enjoyed very much in the evenings (a local cat also joined in). The pool is a decent size and good for younger children as well. The villa owner was friendly and informative. She speaks perfect English and knows the area. I would consider staying here again.

The villa is located on a hill, a steep hill. If you don't have a car and are thinking of 'popping to the shops' you will need strong legs as the hill is 45 degrees and at good 10 minute walk to the bottom (more on the way up). The inconvenience of putting used toilet tissue into a bin - this is common across Spain but it really needs to be considered if you're not used to it. The shower in the en-suite needs a bit of an upgrade - the second bathroom's shower is much better.

Great location if you have a car. Close to motorway and local supermarkets. Nice pool and sea view. Comfortable accommodation. We would be happy to rent again.

We had a car which is needed. Whilst not an issue for us you don’t have exclusive access to the property as the top floor is occupied.
