Stunning, newly renovated 3-bedroom townhouse overlooking the golf course and the sea. In a fantastic location in Torrequebrada. Nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a small terrace overlooking the golf course.
It features 3 bedrooms, one of which is located downstairs for privacy and is perfectly suited as a playroom or gym. On the upper floor, there’s a relaxing outdoor lounge with a large barbecue area, sunbeds, and everything you need to feel right at home.
It is a semi-detached home with several terraces and a Moroccan-style lounge on the upper floor where you can enjoy a Moroccan tea and take in the stunning views of the golf course; it’s also perfect for having lunch or dinner with the family, thanks to the large barbecue.
The house has been recently renovated; it is spacious and bright and is spread over three floors. On the entry level, you’ll find a small breakfast table for two, as well as a separate kitchen that opens through an archway to the spacious dining and living room. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people. On the same level, there is a small, cozy terrace overlooking the golf course.
From this level, the stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in closets, a large en suite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and there is a second en suite bathroom in the hallway.
Downstairs is the cinema room, equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom—the perfect spot for children or a couple.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the entire house, and bed linens, towels, and bath towels are provided.
There is no garage, but there is a private parking spot at street level.
There is also a communal swimming pool and beautiful surroundings.

A baby cot is available upon request for 5€ per night.
Late check-out until 2:00 PM costs 40€.
