Awesome spot at the beach for families or groups!

Beautiful location overlooking the beach. Very spacious for our group of seven. Well stocked with all amenities we could have needed. Host was responsive and friendly. AC/heating worked great during variable temperatures through the week.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Some corners and tile grout could use a bit of a shine, and I would prefer some better headboards for the beds, but these are merely suggestions. At the price point we were thrilled with the place.

Highly recomend it

The house is very cozy, it has all the amenities you can think you need. Parking, kitchen, toiletries, towels, pool, fast beach access, great space for spending time, Netflix, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and cafe, 5 minutes walk to grocery store, good beds, large bathroom, spacious terraces. All you can need for a great holiday. We highly recommend it. The view is simple spectacular. We felt great to wake up everyday and drink our coffee having such incredible view. The host is very nice and kind. Very helpfull.

Relaxing few days in a fabulous house with incredible views.

We loved the incredible views from each of the three balconies and how spacious and well equipped the house was. It was super clean and had lots of little extras such as shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea and wine.

The ants were annoying but part of life in hot countries and the owner had done her best to put ant traps in each room.

The property was exceptional! 4 bedrooms all with comfortable bed. 3 bathrooms and one separate toilet on the first floor. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage/wardrobe space. The decor of the villa fitted the Spanish holiday theme. The pool was beautiful-an infinity pool overlooking an amazing scenery landscape. We had the pool to ourselves most days. The property was so clean and tidy. Roxana the owner went above and beyond. Truly an amazing host! Right at the end of the phone. The property had an elevator that took us down to the road where we could access the beach. We will most definitely be returning.

Fantastic sunny house

Had a fantastic family holiday at this beautiful house. The host roxana allowed us to leave our luggage at the house as we arrived quite early and if ever I needed any advice on the area or house she replied quickly and could not have been more helpful. The main balcony on the middle floor has a spectacular sea view. All rooms are spacious and comfortable with air con.There are many restaurants and bars close to the property , we will definitely be returning. Thankyou Roxana.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung. Drei Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Autostellplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Absolutnie polecam! W rzeczywistości obiekt jest jeszcze lepszy niż w opisie i na zdjęciach. Apartament posiada wszystko co jest potrzebne dla rodziny z dziećmi. Jest czysto i przestronnie. Gospodarze są najlepsi na świecie. Mili i bardzo pomocni. Przyjechaliśmy o 1:00 w nocy w niedzielę, a na miejscu czekało mleko dla naszego dziecka :) Basen jest wisienką na torcie. Jest czysty i ma wspaniały widok. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Dla lądujących w Maladze i chcących zwiedzić Andaluzję i Gibraltar jest świetnym miejscem wypadowym. Jest cicho, spokojnie i bezpiecznie.

Villa con preciosas con vistas

La casa está genial tiene tres plantas, en la planta baja comedor, aseo y cocina, en planta baja 3 habitaciones con baños y arriba otro dormitorio con baño, lo mejor es que todas las habitaciones tienen una gran terraza con vistas al mar. Dentro de la urbanización tienen un ascensor para bajar a la acera, con restaurantes al lado. El Mercadona está al lado de la casa. La zona es muy tranquila

Mooie accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht en gastvrije host

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst en prachtige locatie met zwembad en vlakbij het strand. Mooi uitzicht over de zee. Aparte benedenverdieping met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en aparte bovenverdieping met 1 slaapkamer en 1 badkamer. Iedere verdieping mooi terras.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir können das Sunny House absolut empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ein wunderbarer Blick vom Balkon. Wir fliegen seit 13 Jahren in die Gegend und es war bisher das beste Haus, wir werden wieder dort einkehren. Ein besonderer Lob geht an Roxana, der Kontakt war super und die Flexibilität war perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Fantastyczny apartament w Benalmadenie

Piękna okolica, cudowny widok z okna. Basen wygląda super. Fajnie ze był salon i taras, wspólna przestrzeń dla wszystkich 🙂 Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicznych atrakcji. Super rozwiązanie z windą ułatwiającą dojście do plaży.
