We had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The area is beautiful. The house was VERY large and nice. Could definitely use some furniture and sitting areas, but outside was great and it was very clean. One thing that was an issue (other than furniture) was inability to use the hot tub. We offered to pay extra price for it to be turned on but could not get it turned on. If you look closely, it is not advertised, but the fact it is in a picture was misleading to us and one of the major reasons we booked.. But our stay was amazing. The access to the private beach, the size of the house, the private chef we used, the property manager responsiveness, etc. all made our stay wornderful!

Housekeeping staff was excellent. We had no hot water in several bathrooms and maintenance was sent to fix it. House and pool were amazing and as nice as listed. Would stay here again & strongly recommend to any family. There were 10 of us and we all loved the property.

Our stay for New Years was great. Amazing setting, lovely sunsets, private, and convenient to access Tamarindo and surrounding areas.
