Villa Blanca is a luxurious 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla's Las Brisas, Costa Rica. Accommodating up to 18 guests, this expansive residence seamlessly blends modern luxury with the tropical beauty of Costa Rica, offering an ideal retreat for families, friends, or corporate groups.
With three-miles of unspoiled Guanacaste Province and Nicoya Peninsula coastline, Hacienda Pinilla’s 4,500 acres of historic ranch property, pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes offer both homeowners and guests room to roam and experience total tranquility and endless adventure. Hacienda Pinilla is an exclusive resort community boasting three of Costa Rica’s best beaches, several world-class surf breaks, an 18-hole golf course, a private beach club, and a tennis club.
Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund.***
