If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and without a refund.***

Great environment for relaxing and every space was well thought out. Pool was great. Roxanne- who came in to clean the house and cook, was fantastic…..excellent neighborhood with quick access to beach and easy drive to Tamarindo. Loved the place, especially for a larger group….. great community spaces but easy to retreat to private areas….. overall 12/10
