Broken AC and WiFi; slow and poor response from host.

Location was great

The AC was broken and wasn’t able to be fixed. It is the heat of August and it made our time in the home miserable. Additionally, the WiFi didn’t work most of the time, and the few moments it did work, it was less than 1 mbps. The person I was in touch with was very slow to respond and then finally said they weren’t able to give any discount or credit back because the reservation was made through Booking.com. That didn’t make much sense but that was their excuse to not make up for the unfortunate situation.

Overall stay was good, big inconvenience that no AC in the launge and bedroom, it was hard to sleep when outside is over

We booked this property for the family of seven and it has plenty space for all of us. Property provided shampoo, gel and bathroom towels, we got cleaning service in the middle of the stay that was unexpected. Property is 5 min from the beach (5min) and only 10-15 minutes to the centre. Bedrooms are well decorated and gets are very comfortable.

The property advertise that they have AC, but it is only in two bedroom, so no AC in the third room and in the lounge. As well dinning table only for 4 people, but house is for 8, so could not have family meal all together. No pods in the kitchen (one pan and one pot) how can you cook meal for 7 people? Bathroom is dated and no washing machine (it looks like it used to be in the past). Inconvenience when you are travelling with kids.

great choice for a big family

what a great apartment!!! I visited Naxos with my family and the apartment was so big everyone had their own space ! the location is fantastic you are at the centre of Naxos so close to the beautiful tavernas cafes and to the magnificent temple of Apollo ! the owner was so helpful!! thank you for making this experience so lovely !!
