everything was perfect!!! only thing was (as previous guests also mentioned) the mattresses in all 3 bedroom were terrible. considering the quality of everything else please address this issue. Felt like a landlord / student mattress !

Great property with brilliant facilities and views .

Well located . Very clean and modern with superb outdoor space . Dog friendly was a huge bonus and would definitely stay again . Great hotel like touches such has shower gel etc

Wonderful family holiday by Lake Windermere.

Bright, modern, spacious property with fantastic views from the back garden. Everything you could want. A short walk to both Ambleside pier in one direction, or the town centre in the opposite direction.

It was a home away from home. Very good and contemporary decor. Nothing like what you find in London or Europe. Kitchen was well equipped, and a very neat and clean house, with outdoor area, garden etc.

Very nicely designed, very comfortable and a fantastic location - walking distance to the water and town.

10am/4pm for check-out/check-in is a bit extreme. We tried to get hold of hosts to request some leeway but didn't get a response. As it was we arrived around 3pm and left at around 10.30am with no problems.

Gorgeous & luxurious house. Amazing location for Ambleside & Lake Windermere.

Gorgeous decor & very quality furnishings. The house was renovated to an exceptional standard. The patio outside was lovely & the house had beautiful finishing touches. It felt luxurious.

Two of the bedrooms are in the converted roof so they were very warm at night with the weather. These rooms need ceiling fans. The only thing missing was somewhere to dry clothes inside. With 3 young children & lots of outdoor activities we needed to dry clothes which wasn’t possible outside due to the rain forecast.
