This villa is very special, 3 large en-suite bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a lovely lounge area. Furnished throughout with great taste and comfort. The outside area is just amazing, it’s huge with different areas, lovely beds around the pool, beds with shade looking out to sea and a sitting area perfect for those pre dinner drinks. Along with a dining area, outdoor kitchen area with bbq you want for nothing…AND it’s right on the beach, the sea was warm and shallow making it easy to swim every day but make sure you take your sea shoes for the pebbles. Having a coffee shop steps away which sold the most delicious pink bubbles and parking was a huge bonus. Along with an easy walk to half a dozen really good restaurants you really don’t need to leave the area but a short taxi ride away is the gorgeous town of Rethymno with its great restaurants, bars and fab shopping. This holiday was definitely one of the best.

Beautiful villa that looks just like the pictures. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We were greeted by the owner who showed us around and left some welcome snacks for us. We loved eating breakfast on the outdoor table and our kids enjoyed the pool. This house was perfect for our family but because each room has their own adjoining bathroom it would also be ideal for 3 couples. The beach is quiet and seemed to be mostly locals but it is a little rockier here than the other side of town.
Parking is challenging due to how narrow the driveway is. The property is on a busy street (road noise could only be heard in one bedroom) and the driveway to the parking spot is shared by a coffee shop next door so there were often 1-2 cars and a few motorcycles parked further up the driveway. Because the street is busy we couldn’t back into the driveway so we had to drive in then make a 6-8 point turn to turn our mid sized car around. This is doable but because of this I wouldn’t recommend renting a larger car or an SUV if staying here.

The home has a spectacular pool and patio facing the sea. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. George, the host, is very friendly and responsive.
We had a bit of trouble with television, but George was very helpful in fixing.
