This ocean front condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king bed, 1 full-size futon, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with AC and Heat, full size fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and pedestal sink, as well as an oceanfront balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 1st floor of the Tides Building, guests will enjoy a nicely updated condo with an oceanfront patio.
This unit features a full size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold. The cabinets are stocked with all basic cookware and cooking utensils and there is also a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Everything you need to cook a meal or a small snack will be easy to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Overall my family really enjoyed our stay here. The convenience of being able to walk out our door and be right on the beach was unmatched. There was a cute coffee shop , grocery store, and several beach shops all located nearby for easy walking. We were grateful for a broom in the property to sweep out the constant beach salt, as well as the full sized fridge and kitchen amenities.
One thing that was hard was the sheets did not fit the bed. I think the king may have had a queen sheet? Also it was hard to keep the Bathroom clean because the beautiful updated shower had no catch for water so it would just spill onto the floor. Lastly, nothing can be placed outside the room to be cleaned because the property is meticulous about their patio. We had clothes out for less than an hour from my 4 year old and they were thrown away.
For the price we are pleased with what we received and are grateful for a fun time at the beach with family.
