Landmark Resort 714 - Massive Indoor & Outdoor Pools and Lazy Rivers! Sleeps 4!

If you're looking for a nice, clean vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 7th floor, interior condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This studio is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. This unique layout offers oversized living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! While this unit does not offer a view of the ocean, the living space sure does make up for it! Guests will have access to a private balcony with views of the resort and terrace. As of 2022, this condo has been nicely updated with new flooring, mattress, sleeper sofa, baseboards, and decor!

In the kitchenette, guests will have access to a small kitchen sink, cabinet space, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A drink chiller (mini fridge) will be provided to keep food and beverages nice and cold! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.

The studio features 1 king bed, closet and dresser for storage, TV with digital cable, and AC unit. There is also an accent chair, dining table and chairs, and a full bathroom. In addition, a full-size sleeper sofa is provided and will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Just behind the kitchen is where you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and oversized counter space, hair dryer, and toilet.

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

This condo is located at the Landmark Resort which is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool amenity options!

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
