About this apartment rental
This is newly renovated condo with city view in the great Landmark Resort. The studio have a queen size bed and a queen side pull out couch for smaller guests, kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the indoor pool and side street view. The resort is ocean front and have total of 17 pools. Jacuzzis, lazy rivers, indoor sauna, restaurant, Starbucks on site, fitness center, and a gift shop. Unit has been recently upgraded with laminate floors, coffee maker, and contactless check in, to skip the long check-in lines. Come and make some memories by the shore 🏖🐚. Please note this is privately owned condo and front desk and daily housekeeping is NOT abailable. Please let us know if you have any needs or requests and we will try our best to accommodate 😁. The water park across the street is NOT Landmark property, so guests do not have access to that. please note guest have NO access to onsite Starbucks or the restaurant.

The place was decorated really cute and owner was really responsive. This was the first VRBO I’ve done where you actually had to interact with the owner, I’ve always done ones where you just check in at the front desk, so not having that option was a little different. You’re on your own when it comes to finding the amenities. We never did find the splash pad. Make sure you put in your GPS Myrtle Beach and don’t let it default to “North Myrtle Beach” because that happened to us, and make sure you ask for the room number before you go because it’s not listed on your reservation. Finally, bring toilet paper!

Heisting was an AMAZING host and responded to some small issues right away. The space was decorated cute and it was clean. We had basic supplies to make it through a weekend.
