the flat was new and clean beds comfortable I rang the contact a couple of times and he was always very helpful

as it was new there were a lot of things missing in the flat. Television didn’t work and needs tuning in /connecting to the internet Bathroom is cold and the window doesn’t close so didn’t have a shower Need a front outside light as it’s very dark when coming home a mirror is needed in the bedroom Tea towels needed Small hand towels for bathroom Bedside lamps More plugs or extensions or Phone charging points - table in the way in the front room makes it hard to reach get some better heaters just having 2 electric heaters meant the rooms were cold and took a lot of time to heat the rooms up unless they were left on
