A lovely break, nice and close to town. Very clean with everything you could possibly need.

Duvet could be a bit thicker. Apart from that I couldn’t fault the facilities. A lovely place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

House was absolutely freezing Wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues due to step and parking Parking a big issue! No parking spaces just road parking and very busy, would suit someone not driving ! For example one evening we had to park 15 minute walk away Needs new pots for cooking, diner ruined one night due to coating coming off

We would definitely stay again for a short stay . It suited our needs as somewhere to stay while visiting family .

Big and spacious plenty of room for a family . Very clean smelled lovely . Tea , coffee and milk on arrival. Biscuits and a few breakfast items were appreciated. Easily contact property owner.

Cosy space

Cosy place, felt like a second home. More spacious than what it looks like on pictures. Accidently locked the door with the key inside, Andrew sent his dad over within the hour. Definitely will be booking again.

Nothing really, if i was to mention something for people looking to book - not accessible for wheelchair/disabled users as it has quite a few steps to access property.

I love everything about the house. Spacious, has the basics provided. Not far from the ICC and good location for other places in Newport. Very neat environment. Easy and straightforward instruction from Andrew.

This is due to no fault of the owner but necessary for consideration... It's located in a close which means same entry and exit and this can cause delay if there is an obstruction. Had 2hrs delay from going out due to a fire truck that came to the area.

Very well appointed 3 bed home - clean, welcoming & quiet.

The property smelt fresh and clean as soon as we turned the key in the lock. There were sausages and potatoes left in the fridge along with milk, mayo and a sauce. A bag of frozen fries & veggie in the freezer. Plenty loo rolls, shower gel & hand soaps. Clean fluffy towels. It was homely and welcoming. The beds were softer than I am used to ( but I like a very firm mattress) - they were still very comfy. Big wardrobes - dressing tables & bedside table & lamps in every room. OH! I forgot to say they even left a packet of tasty biscuits along with coffee & tea.

The car parking was not the best as it was on street parking which got very busy and one eve we had to park quite a long way down the street. The street was q narrow so not great for a wider vehicle or someone not used to tighter parking. BUT it was free! A 40 minute walk to the ICC where we were visiting.

Very clean and accommodated family of 4 well. Close to affordable dining and easy to get to.

Parking can be difficult as only available one side of the street and turning circle used for parking. However we managed to get a space each day close to the property.

Excellent property to stay in. A home from home and would defo stay again without a doubt !!

Lovely and clean and smelt so fresh when we walked in. Property was spacious and comfortable just what you want when staying away from home. Not far from some nice places to eat. The beds were clean and comfortable and had a lovely back garden area which you could sit and chill in.

A spacious, comfortable home from home in Newport.

The house is in a quiet residential area of Newport. It's a generous size, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with good cooking facilities and fast WiFi. Andrew gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. The town centre is within easy reach and there are plenty of interesting places to visit.

It wasn't an issue for us, but for guests with limited mobility it's worth noting that there are stairs from the road down to the house, and although there's free street parking it's in demand and we sometimes had to park a little way away from the house.

I really like this property, this has become one of my favorites for future stay in Newport. The property was really clean and is perfect for us.

Parking: it is open parking, so if you are coming late in the evening, then it will become a pain to find parking. but I can ignore this due to property conditions 🙂

Perfect base to visit my friends in the area.

Clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. There was some milk/tea/coffee/biscuits which were very appreciated after a long drive. The host was responsive and friendly when replying to some questions I had before our stay. I'll definitely book it again when visiting friends in the future.

I forgot my hairdryer and couldn't find one in the property either.

Would have been good to have at least one of the TVs with satellite tv and I needed to hoover the downstairs when I arrived
