Friendly, helpful staff who were very considerate of our late check in and very kind with our booking issue which was my fault.
Pillows were uncomfortable but it appears they are standard pillows in Japanese hotels.

very conveniently located and easy to get to many subway stations from the location, the wifi was great and i enjoyed having a bath after long days of walking. the free amenities were also a huge plus
the pillows were quite hard to sleep on but not unbearable

The included breakfast was amazing as travellers landing from out of the country. The room was small but had everything we needed. The value of the room for what we paid was good. Being so close to the Akihabara station made tourist travel so easy.
The room was smaller than anticipated, especially for two people.

Very good location and super helpful and nice staff.
The space in the room were really tiny, we knew that but there was no room for luggage at all.
