Via Inn was the best hotel of our 23-day Japan trip.
The best part was the ease of sending luggage to another accommodation; the hotel itself handles the entire shipping and payment process.
The soundproofing is great, we were able to use the laundry without stress, and the location is fantastic.
The amenities are very useful, especially the coffee and pajamas provided.
The room was spacious with a desk, compared to the other rooms on the trip.
We were able to use the iron several times.
The shower is wonderful.
When we chose not to have housekeeping, we received a change of towels and pajamas at our room door.
The pillows are hard, but the bed is still very comfy

Just a nice location and hidden away enough that it was very quiet at night. Having a convenience store so close to the hotel was great for drinks and food.
Only thing I can say is maybe hand out two keycards rather than one, i didn’t have trouble with this but I can imagine that losing it would cause a lot of trouble for the person staying at the hotel.
