    The hotel is in a great location for nightlife, dining, transportation, etc. Staff is OK. Facilities are a bit outdated. Need to upgrade the rooms, TV, etc.

    It was my first hotel in Tokyo. I stayed a total of 9 nights. I picked it because I wanted to be near Nichome. For location, I think it was fine. There’s plenty to do around here, eat, and make your Family Mart runs. As for the staff… I don’t know. It was a mixed bag. Some were friendly and some were a little cold and dismissive. There was confusion about if my room had cleaning or not even though it didn’t say clearly on Agoda. I felt that after 9 nights there, I was still a stranger. Some of the staff made me feel bad for asking about little things. I may have been adjusting to a different style of customer service here in Japan. Anyways, if you’re looking for a relatively affordable place in this area, it works. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
