The hotel has so many treats and amenities 24 hours everyday. Free happy hour in the evenings was a plus!

It provided everything we needed and I loved the snacks

The breakfast! Not much choice and they dont cater for gluten free they had no mixers or beers at the drinks station at night. it was a bit dark, rooms could do with some light.

A fairly good location, and the lobby amenities are good as always.

This was once considered one of the classiest love hotels in Tokyo, which I'd stayed at many times. This time, after booking it as an "adults only" hotel, I found I'd been bait-and-switched with what is now branded a "combination hotel". As such, it was full of families who took the tagline of "resort" literally, leading to much frustration, as it obviously lacks the infrastructure to function as anything other than a love hotel. While breakfast used to be a delicious nasi goreng delivered to your room at a time of your choosing, it is now a sad, constantly empty "buffet" shoved into a corner of the lobby (where the dart machines used to be), lacking even sufficient plates and angering most of the guests. Because they now allow booking children, parents expected to have child accommodations (e.g. separate beds), which obviously they mostly don't have. Presumably the parents also wonder why the windows are frosted, making looking outside impossible, and also why the room they booked for their teenagers comes with a vending machine stocked with booze. All this comes with higher prices, increasingly run-down furnishings, no more adult videos, limited bar lobby hours, no more social spaces for adults and the awkwardness of trying to be amorous while kids crash around in the room above you. Will not be visiting again, and recommend anyone looking for either a love hotel or a regular hotel to give it a miss as well.
