The room itself was great. The whole property was up to par and for the most part clean.
The property itself was legit. The surroundings around the property were terrible homeless people sleeping under the access way over the sand dunes to the ocean wildcats, living all around the dumpsters, the smell of marijuana and drug debris all around the outskirts of the facility and topped off last night we stayed a guy got shot right beside the place. We got to watch the police chasing him down the ocean shoreline until they arrested him.
