Location and size. This suite was large and right on the beach.
The building is old. Needs a little facelift. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well at all, I washed all the rugs when we arrived and they looked much better, so I’m guessing the cleaning crew isn’t doing their best job. A/C was okay, but not real cold.

Very pet friendly, even had a pet spa and day care. Indoor pool and friendly staff. Beautiful apartment with wonderful views of the ocean even from the bedroom, absolutely wonderful!
The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay longer, a week is not enough! We truly enjoyed!
