We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.

Owner lives in area and was a great help with any questions , you will not be sorry staying here .
So we’ll located to the falls , restaurant, plenty of parking and the grounds have there own doggy park .

Perfect stay! Condo was just as described; very clean, pristine and safe. Bed was soooo comfortable! Has a touch of the busy city life from balcony (sunrise was phenomenal) and a quiet reserve out back fire pit area. 2 miles from the Hospital…2 miles from everything. Joshua was more than accommodating!

Wanted a quick getaway from the pressure cooker called Charlotte NC, never been to Greenville SC.
When we arrived at the property we needed some information, the host was incredibly accommodating and gracious. I think the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness and security of the homes, just pristine, the condos are like individual castles, all brick, solid doors, great parking, balconies and the best part it’s security gating and fencing. This unit is brand new, the crazy part is the way everything is thought of, I mean everything. A baby gate (for our fur baby) to keep out of the stairwell so we could unload and load without closing the door, detergent, wine glasses (are you kidding me, who does that), excellent appliances, no cheap crap, everything was laid out as if we were staying at the JW Marriott.
I would be remiss if I didn’t give a cautionary bit of advice, I am 60, there are about 16 stair steps from entry to living area, I had no problem, great handrail and it is very well lighted. Speaking of lightning both natural and electric are outstanding, I love bright rooms for reading and finding stuff.
What a great place, so close to downtown Greenville and the markets and restaurants, we will be returning.
