About this space
Our charming home has everything you need for your stay in one of the country’s top up & coming towns! We are within walking distance of downtown - an 11 minute walk to Fluor Field Stadium, 0.5 miles to Swamp Rabbit Walking & Biking Trail, and 1 mile away from Falls Park and The Peace Center! We’re also less than 3 miles from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena & less than a 20 minute drive away from Furman University and Paris Mountain State Park. We also provide bikes to rent to explore the city!
The space
We’ve made sure our home is the perfect retreat to enjoy after a long day of work or play in our beautiful city. Our 3 bedrooms have large beds (2 queens and 1 king), and we have a shower in both bathrooms. The kitchen has a coffee bar, fridge, microwave, oven/stove, and dishwasher, along with an eat-in dining area with seating for 6. The living room is comfortable and decorated with photos of some of our favorite spots in the area. We also provide TVs with Roku in both the living room and master bedroom, and have high-speed wifi throughout the house. Additionally, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience down the hall from the living room. Our home has its own driveway, so no need to worry about street parking, and our yard is being update as well - we're adding string lights for the deck and full fence coming soon! We’d love to host you!

My friends and I visited Greenville for a concert and were completely comfortable at the Blue Bungalow. The location is very convenient to downtown! One point to make - it is very close to a busy, highly traveled street, so the noise level during the day ay bother some who choose to stay there.

This is the best hosts and home we've stayed in. From the hosts being more than helpful, courteous and friendly to the comfort of their home. The area is by far the best! The area of the home puts you so close to everything you desire! The beds are very comfortable. The beautiful backyard is a plus and great for kids! Kate and her husband are more than hosts, they make you feel like family! Overall this by far the best and would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing us into your home!
