This property was much nicer on the inside, which was a relief, as the neighborhood itself looked rundown and unwelcoming. The cottage was nice and cozy, and had all the amenities mentioned in the post - and more!
The kitchen had all the utensils and basic cookware you would need. It was also stocked with spices and sauces, which we didn’t use, but was nice to see it was available if we needed them. The coffee nook was also fully stocked with all types of coffee and tea, as well as creamer and sugar.
The house warmed up quickly once the heat was turned on. There was a bit of a cold draft upstairs, but it wasn’t unbearable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with toiletries. There were plenty of fluffy large towels that smelled freshly washed. The bed linens were clean. The WiFi worked great, and all three TVs had endless channels. Only ten minutes from downtown GVL, the location was great as well. We were there for a swim meet, and it was only five minutes from the aquatic center.
We met the old man across the street, and he greeted us with a warm smile. He made us feel welcome. The sheriff’s department is also right down the road, so they do their rounds in the evening to make sure everyone is safe. All in all, it was the perfect place to stay for our family of five.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a quick drive to a lot of West and Downtown Greenville activity. We felt like we were home!

Great! Location was awesome! Very clean and plenty of room for us. Backyard is amazing…great deck and plenty of room for pups to run around!

This place was awesome, it was clean and fit our group of 4 perfectly. It was a great location in Greenville, close to all the restaurants, breweries, parks and we enjoyed coming back to it as a home base.
The fenced in backyard with the fire pit and deck were great additions. We would definitely be back for a stay here!
