High flow central air for those warm summer months.

The home is very cleanly and is professionally cleaned between guests.
All linens and towels washed in fragrance free detergent and are hypoallergenic!

The space
This townhome is the most well equipped unit in the complex. It has 3 BR and 2.5 baths. There is ample room and cookware in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Small covered porch on the back of the home. 2 flat screen TVs with cable television.
Guest access
You can access the entire home with the exception of one closet, outside This is my supply closet. The home has keypad entry for late arrivals and ease of use.

-0.7 miles to Prisma Health for the traveling nurses!
- Approximately 40 minutes to Clemson (With traffic)
- 2.5 miles to Downtown, Fluor field, nightlife, Bon Secours Arena etc
-Less than ten minute drive to downtown (traffic dependent)
-1.5 miles from I85 access
- 15 minutes to Easley
-15 minutes to Simpsonville via I-185
-Restaurants and grocery store less than one mile away.

Super clean with comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again. Recommend bringing your own bath soap and shampoo, they only provide hand soap.

Property was nice and roomy. Quite neighborhood. The only problem I had was there was no cleaning supplies, no vacuum or broom & dustpan. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This property was wonderful!! Very clean, in a nice neighborhood, easy to find, owner was quick to respond with any questions I had!!

We had a good stay. We rarely saw the neighbors and the area was quiet. We drove in one car and were able to find parking at any time. We observed that some of the cabinets were broken or off the hinge and a dark mark on the counter top. The owner was always quick with responding which was very helpful when we needed the checkin information.
All in all, we would definitely choose this place over again! Memories my family and I were able to make this weekend on this property were priceless.
