About this house rental
This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. Less than 25 minutes to GSP. There is an elementary school, sawmill and train track within sight of the home. The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

Charming house close to Unity Park and downtown Greenville. Really can't beat the location! The house was immaculate and well laid out. The bedrooms are spacious as is the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet. Taylor was responsive to messages via the app but we didn't need much help the property is lovely and in good working order. Very reasonable check out requirements. Oh, and the shower has fabulous water pressure! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised in the listing. Unfortunately, the internet did not work for the majority of our stay, and because some of us were from other countries, internet costs became quite high to purchase data. The host cited a service outage but did not otherwise communicate the status of that outage with us or try to rectify the situation. One day, we saw a cockroach appear from the master bedroom, which was a bit disconcerting.
