A lost keycard will result in a $60 fee. This is what they charge us to replace them. Please do not lose the keycard! There is a BBQ propane grill on the porch. We supply the grill for free, and initially fill the propane for guests but cannot track this indefinitely, if the propane is empty please fill it for your stay, and future guests as a nice gesture to “continue it forward” Thank you.

This condo was exactly as described. We did not utilize any amenities due to our short stay. Communication with the host was great! Grocery, restaurants super close!!

Super easy access to Moffitt. But in a neighborhood and area that feels safer. Good beds. Close by to grocery stores, etc. in an area where walking is available. Easy and quick communication. Very quiet never heard anybody during the day or evening while in the apartment.
