Very spacious 2 bedroom house, super well equipped and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Beds are comfy, plenty of cozy blankets and towels. Cute coffee bar and full sized kitchen with new appliances. Couches are comfortable to sit on but not to sleep on (for an adult) so plan accordingly. AC works great.

It was a little confusing at first with the address list as the address with the unit a it’s kind of in someone’s backyard and when we pulled up, she did not speak any English. I had to show her the address on my phone, but that was the only thing we showed on our phone, she pointed and showed me. to get in and get settled it was very clean. The kids had fun. There’s air hockey on the porch with the little ones loved. We were able to have a family member stop by and see us and visit for a little bit so we could go out to eat. It’s very much worth the money and if going back to Florida anytime soon, we’ll probably stay again if this is available such a great day best experience on a vacation we have ever had.

We only chose this rental because we needed a fully fenced in yard; however, the majority of the yard is not fenced. There was a small fenced area that was detached from the house, but we still had to bring the dogs to that area and couldn't let them out directly from the house. Also, the listing says there is a Keurig with coffee included, but fails to say that it's regular coffee and not Keurig pods.Additionally, we needed an earlier check-in; preferably sometime in the morning. The host was quick to respond that we could check in at noon as the house would be getting cleaned before that; however, when we got there, there was a dead roach in the living room surrounded by ants. Also, the grill was not clean. It was clear that the house wasn't cleaned the morning before we arrived, so it would've been nice to have been able to check in earlier.Other than these items, the house was generally tidy and looked nice, and the house was well stocked with appliances. The furniture was very uncomfortable though.
