The home is located in a residential area of Temple Terrace, about a 5-minute walk from the University of South Florida (USF).

- ZooTampa and downtown Tampa (15–20 minutes by car)

This place was very cute but the cleanliness wasn’t up
To par. No ice maker and no ice trays to make ice. No dishwasher and not really enough cleaning products to do dishes. Garbage can was filthy inside. A backpack was left and cleaning people stole it. When we went back to retrieve it it was no where to be found. Like it just disappeared. Plus ad needs to let people know only enough parking for 3 cars plus gravel driveway. The fact the communications came off so rude with the all caps about not talking to the neighbors. I have stayed in cleaner places and paid way less for a better house.
