The spacious backyard invites you to relax or play, featuring a private dock, firepit patio, and plenty of room for lawn games. The fully screened-in pool and attached spa provide endless family fun, while the furnished patio is equipped for true outdoor living—with an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining table, and a mounted smart TV for your poolside entertainment. Upstairs, an infrared sauna on the second-floor balcony adds a luxurious touch as you unwind and overlook the pool deck.

Whether you’re into fishing from the dock, kayaking on the river, or biking through the neighborhood, this home comes stocked with everything you need for a fun-filled stay.

Inside, there’s no shortage of space to spread out and relax. Catch a movie with the projector in the entertainment room or gather for movie night on the smart TV in the living room. A second sitting area just off the kitchen offers another spot to kick back with its own smart TV and comfy chairs.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream—featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus countertop gadgets and utensils to make home-cooked meals a breeze.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each with direct access to the upper balcony. A shared bathroom serves the upstairs, and there’s an additional full bath downstairs for added convenience. A king-size air mattress is also provided as an extra sleeping option.

Family-friendly extras include board games and a Pack-N-Play. This dog-friendly home has a fenced yard and convenient doggy doors to the yard and pool area. Additional amenities include a water softener, reverse osmosis drinking water, and an HVAC system with UV sterilization and Active Pure technology for your comfort and peace of mind.

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome. No other animals allowed without prior approval.
• Free parking available for up to 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
