Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.

* Additional Guest Fee Above 8: $15 per Night;

This location worked out perfectly for our family. We were in town for the Rugby tournament and it was a short drive to the fields. It has a great fenced in yard for pets. The management team was very responsive and attentive. The only thing that is not as listed is the pool is not saltwater - the pool guy comes twice a week and we were there both times when he dumped a container of chlorine in the pool.

There is nothing more special and important than spending time and creating memories with family. Our family recently enjoyed a baycation(as per my granddaughter) at this property. It is located in a nice neighborhood and local to area attractions. It is family and pet friendly. One evening we accidently locked our dog in the unit. At 10 pm I reached out and within 2 minutes they reached back to give us the important information we needed to access the area. They were receptive to my suggestions to avoid this happening to children or pets of other travelers. Their communication was prompt. There were several items that need future attention. The property maintenance outdoors needs attention. We arrived to find leaves all over and bent screens which did not do the home justice. The lighting is poor. It detracted from all it offered. The yard was fenced for pets, however the yard appears not monitored between all travelers as there was excrement from prior travelers. I felt uncomfortable with letting my pet or grandchildren in the yard. The lanai was screened, but there was rotted wood and broken furniture that needed to be replaced. The pool was wonderful and warm. As a family we spent much time swimming, eating, and laughing. I would recommend the items mentioned be addressed promptly. However, if you love to swim and enjoy family time this is a nice home. One other item was the amount of fees charged once we checked out. There were numerous additional fees a

Highly recommend! Communication with property management from beginning to end was fantastic. Property and house was clean and well kept. It was perfect of what we needed. Perfect backyard for our dogs. Would stay if again needed.
