Квартира огромная!!! 2 санузла, есть все, что нужно и даже больше!!! Это была лучшая квартира за мои 25 лет путешествий. 2 этажа , выход на улицу, парковка. Мы очень довольны Рекомендую!!!🌸🌸🌸

Genziano met us at the property, made sure to walk us through everything and even rode with us down to the privet secure parking that was 1 block from the road. Incredibly kind and warm man. There is a little shop across the street that has all kinds of fresh food and wines. The place itself is amazing. Lots of work and time went into planning this place. It is a short walk to the tram station that you can use to get to the center of Florence. One of the best places we stayed.

Close to tram stop. Quiet residential area. Friendly neighbours. Nice deli across from apartment.
Layout of apartment was tricky. Very steep, concrete stairs to what was our second bedroom. Second bedroom had no window, therefore no natural light. Only cold shower. Couldn't get oven to work. Couldn't benefit from garden as it was neglected and messy. Tired seating area in living room, in need of renewal. Beds quite uncomfortable. Only one channel on TV.
