The apartment is beautiful, very clean, it has all facilities and the balcony is a nice extra you can enjoy in the morning or at night. The bookcase is a nice touch, wish we had time to look more into it.
There is AC in the bedroom and in the kitchen as well. Bathroom is spacious and very clean.
There are nice places you can eat in the neighborhood and a Penny store very close.
The hosts are very nice people, they waited for us, gave us all the information we needed and we're very kind.
If you want to walk to the city center, it is a bit far. But there is a bus stop very close (2 minutes walk), so it was not a problem at all.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights visiting Florence. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and the hosts were fantastic! A lot of useful information was given when we checked in and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Spațiul generos, curățenia, liniștea cartierului, pat mare, facilități pentru cumpărături în zonă.

L’accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
La grandeur de l’appartement qui est en plus très calme et très propre.
La possibilité d’avoir un parking gratuit à proximité (bien vérifier par contre les horaires d’ouverture et de fermeture de la barrière). Par contre le parking est petit et vite plein (ce qui fut le cas lors de notre arrivée).
La gare relativement proche de l’appartement.
Un peu trop loin du centre historique pour pouvoir y retourner le soir..
L’affluence des moustiques même si le propriétaire n’y ait pour rien.
L’appartement est très proche de la zone ZTL et lors de l’arrivée et du départ, on a vite fait de prendre une rue interdite (ce qui fut le cas lors de notre arrivée) et de recevoir une amende à la maison dans quelques mois.
